Together with three fellow students, I developed ArtBeat, a drawing tool designed to support children aged 4–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) during therapy sessions. The product uses embedded heart rate sensors to monitor emotional responses while drawing and provides visual feedback when a child may benefit from a calming break. By combining technology, play, and parental involvement, ArtBeat aimed to improve communication, engagement, and support for children with autism.
